1. How long does seller take to ship my parcel?
We will proceed your item in 24 Hours. For those who order before 3pm we will postage on the same day. Otherwise, we will proceed the next day.
2. How long does delivery take after seller has shipped my parcel?
Depending on the courier, usually it may takes 1-3 working days within West Malaysia. East Malaysia may take 3-5 working days.
3. How can I track my order?
We will send the tracking number through phone number or email associated with your order once your parcel has shopped.
4. Which shipping courier do you use?

5. How can I change or edit my order / detail after it's been placed?
Since the turnaround time on packages are so fast, changing an order after it's been placed can be tricky. However, rest assure, you can whatsapp Factory Mobile Online (Click On This Link) immediately upon realising that something may be wrong with your order or detail. However if the orders have already been processed by our warehouse team, then we apologize that we will not able to amend the original order.

The payment method for an order cannot be amended once the order has been submitted to Factory Mobile
3. Can I change my billing address?
Your billing address is the registered address that your credit card company holds. Please ensure that your billing address is correct at the time of placing your order. Once your order has been accepted by Factory Mobile your billing address cannot be changed as it would have already been authorized by your credit card company.

5. How long my order will be shipped after I made payment?

RETURN & EXCHANGE INFORMATION:
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
What is the return policy? Most orders are returnable within 3 calendar days upon receipt.
- The item is not the item you ordered. The model or colour is different from what is indicated on the order summary, or there are missing items or parts inside the packaging.
- For second hand product we offer 1:1 exchange if the product in FM warranty covers. We do not accept 1:1 exchange for battery damage , human damage and more (read).
Returned items must meet the following requirements:
1. The item must be shipped back to us within 3 calendar days upon receipt (as proved by the postal or courier receipt) and in FM Warranty Cover
2. Item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused, unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
3. Item must be unused or hasn’t been installed.
4. All securely sealed items must not be opened, especially electronic items.
